Application Process

1. The superintendent will provide you with an application form to complete, sign and return to them.

2. Please bring along copies of the following to submit with the application:
   Two (2) pieces of ID

   Proof of Employment

3. Last Month Rent deposit (cheque or proof of e-transfer availability) is required with the application.

   **No application will be accepted by the superintendent without the above information.

4. The superintendent will only submit completed applications to the office for review.

5. Our company policy is that we need to receive 2-3 applications per apartment before a decision is made  
   (not first-come, first-served).
